The total installation height is 109 mm without motor and 311 mm with the fixed internal motor. The internal motor can be rotated so that the outlet faces any of the four sides or upwards. The removable internal motor can also be used as an external in-line motor; the air inlet is then on the underside.

Advice for recirculation use

We recommend the plasma filter (round or flat): it is self-cleaning and does not become saturated under normal use, so it is maintenance-free and lasts approx. 12 to 15 years. A carbon filter (round or flat, long-life, approx. 3 years) is the more affordable alternative. If you already have a suitable Wave filter, you can reuse it.

In recirculation mode the motor has 2 speeds, max. 400 m³/h and a one-hour run-on setting.

Set the motor to speed 1 before you start cooking and increase the speed while cooking. After cooking, let the hood run on at speed 1 and only switch it off once all cooking fumes have cleared from the kitchen.

If you use a plasma filter, let the hood run on at speed 1 for another hour. This allows the filter to clean itself of grease and keeps it working effectively.

Another colour or size?

The STANDARD is also available in stainless steel, in the other colours of the Wave Colour Collection, in a colour of your choice, and in 90 x 30 and 120 x 30 cm.
