Ordering your range hood, hob or filter takes just a few clicks. Here you can read what to expect from delivery, so you know exactly where you stand.
Shipping is not charged separately. The price you see includes VAT and delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery time
The expected delivery time is shown with the product you order. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative. If an order is delayed, or can only be partially delivered, we will let you know no later than 30 days after your order. In that case you may cancel the agreement free of charge. Article 11 of the terms and conditions sets this out in more detail.
If you order a product that is configured for you, for example a Wave hood in a colour of your choice or with leather, please bear in mind that this may take longer than a product from stock. Unsure about the delivery time of your configuration? Just email us at info@afzuigkapspecialist.nl.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to the address you provide with your order, in the Netherlands and Belgium. At checkout, choose an address where someone can receive the order.
Checking your delivery
A range hood is a large and fragile shipment. So check the packaging immediately on receipt. If you see any damage, report it to us as soon as possible, with a photo of the packaging and the product. Until the moment of delivery to you, the risk of damage or loss lies with us.
Install it yourself or hire a professional?
A recirculating hood is easy to install. Ideally, have the electrical connection made by an installer. Want to know how recirculation works? Read our explanation of recirculation.
Not quite right after all?
If you are not satisfied, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. How returns work is explained under the right of withdrawal.
