Wave built-in hoods and ceiling hoods
A built-in or ceiling hood is barely visible: only the sleek underside with lighting and grease filters remains in view. Wave offers four models, 90 and 120 cm wide, in stainless steel as standard and to order in a colour from the Wave Colour Collection or a colour of your choice.
Versions
The 3663 STANDARD is a 30 cm deep built-in unit for a chimney breast or wall cabinet. The 8663 STANDARD X is installed flush in the ceiling, while the 8231 EDGE protrudes just 27 mm. These three are supplied without motor: you choose an internal or external motor. The 8674 CIRCULATE has a built-in motor and is designed specifically for recirculation.
Recirculation and filters
All models work as recirculating hoods: the air is filtered and returned clean to the kitchen. We recommend the plasma filter (round or flat): it cleans itself and does not become saturated with normal use, so it is maintenance-free and lasts approx. 12 to 15 years. A carbon filter (round or flat, approx. 3 years) is the alternative, and an existing compatible filter can be reused.
