Leaf suction
Leaf suction has proven to be a welcome new form of extraction in the kitchen. A system that works powerfully and is hardly noticeable. An exception to this is the leaf suction from Wave called the Peyto. It is pleasantly noticeable. With a capacity of 700m³ per hour it is the strongest of its kind. Odors and vapors disappear effortlessly, as soon as the engine starts. If the kitchen is odor-free, a glass grid ensures that the extraction is hermetically sealed. What remains is a sleek, stylish hob. Maximum minimalist.
The hob is available in two sizes; 80 x 52 cm and 60 x 52 cm.
Recirculation
In all cases, it is very important to leave the extractor unit on for a while after cooking to capture residual odours and to
case of a plasma filter plus, to remove the fats in the filter. This can vary from half an hour to an hour, depending
of cooking habits.
By allowing the extraction unit to continue running for a considerable period of time, you prevent the plasma filter plus from becoming saturated with grease and
odors from the extractor unit still come through the plasma filter.
With normal use, the carbon filter can last for 3 years and the plasma filter-plus can perform optimally for approximately 12-15 years, without maintenance.
- Before you start cooking, you need to get an airflow going. You do this by setting the motor to position 1.
- During cooking, you can increase the motor setting to setting 2 or higher.
- When you have finished cooking, let the motor run for a while on setting 1.
- Do not switch off the engine until all food has been removed from the kitchen, for example after the dishes have been cleared away.
- To properly clean the plasma filter plus due to grease, it is recommended to run the motor on setting 1 for 6 to 8 hours every six months.
